My son was looking for a trip out of Moab in June and, after doing some research, we choose Red River Adventures for his trip. Based on the advice of the owner, we choose the Fisher Towers one-day rafting trip down the Colorado River. His TripAdvisor review of Red River Adventures is below. Based on his experience with Red River Adventures and observations of other river rafting companies on the river, we highly recommend Red River over other rafting companies.

My girlfriend and I rafted the full day Fisher Towers section of the Colorado River with Red River Adventures on June 25 which fed our adventurous appetites. It was a blast! It was my girlfriend’s first time white water rafting so it was perfect for first timers. There was plenty of splashy and smooth water to take in the sights of the canyon and jump off the boat to swim alongside it.
Other companies used much larger boats and the Others use 16, 18 and 20 foot rafts on the Fisher Towers we use 12 foot rafts. The difference is remarkable. Like driving a sports car rather than a school bus.
We were very impressed with the knowledge and experience of our guide Owen. He pointed out many of the sites and always had control of the boat. Lunch consisted of sandwiches made by our guides and was very delicious.
We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone of all skill levels. Hopefully we can get back to Moab to do more trips with them.
